When we found this truck, what we thought was cool, was the mother nature patina on the original GM paint. The original 350 V8 was in great shape and just needed some tune up. After that the suspension was dropped to give the truck a little attitude, we scrapped the 6 lug hubs and drums, and went for 5 lugs with disc brakes. We bolted 18" Eagles Alloys on the front, 20" Eagles Alloys on the rear, and wrapped both with Toyo Tires. We recovered the seat for a little comfort, added a Flowmaster Exhaust System for some noise, and had just as much fun, if not more fun, than anything covered in chrome and polish. The cool irony with this is that when we decided to sell the truck, the new owner's plans were totally opposite of ours. The truck is now involved in a complete frame off build including all new drivetrain, interior, paint, and chrome. Awesome either way!
